Victor "Trader Vic" Bergeron Jr.
Better known as Trader Vic (1902–1984), a pioneering American restaurateur and cocktail creator. He opened his first bar, Hinky Dink’s, in Oakland in 1934 and soon transformed it into Trader Vic’s, a Polynesian-themed restaurant that became the blueprint for mid-century Tiki culture.

Charles H. Barker Jr.
Charles H. Baker Jr. (1895–1987) was an American writer, bon vivant, and cocktail chronicler whose work captured the romance of drinking around the world. A globe-trotting food and drinks enthusiast, Baker spent the 1930s and 1940s traveling extensively, documenting recipes and stories from bars, steamships, and exotic locales.

Harry MacElhone
Harry MacElhone (1890–1958) was a legendary Scottish bartender and one of the most influential figures in early 20th-century cocktail culture.
He began his career at Ciro’s Club in London before moving to New York, where he worked at the Plaza Hotel and the famed New York Bar. After World War I, he took over that bar in Paris, renaming it Harry’s New York Bar
